Columbia Forest Products is seeking a maintenance technician for 1st shift (8 hr, Mon-Fri, 4:30a–1:00p). Base pay ranges from $25.42 to $30.94 per hour, with a gainshare bonus every 5–6 weeks. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life insurance, disability, 401(k), EAP, PTO and holidays. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Must possess hands-on maintenance skills across a variety of tools and equipment, including lathes, grinders, torches, welding machines, and other machinist tools.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform maintenance and repairs using a wide range of tools.
• Experience with metal fabrication and equipment like lathes, grinders, torches, and welding equipment.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on dryers, lathes, clippers, splicers, saws, and conveyors.
• Repair and service mechanical and hydraulic systems as needed.
• Assist with installations and equipment testing.
