Job summary

Trademark Metals Recycling LLC in Ocala, FL is seeking a Millwright II to troubleshoot, repair and keep heavy industrial equipment running in a fast-paced scrap yard. You’ll read schematics, swap bearings and gearboxes, and weld as needed, with weekly pay and strong benefits provided by a Fortune 150 partner.

You’ll work a night shift Mon–Fri, with safety as the priority and opportunities for training, overtime, and career growth within Nucor. Applicants near Ocala preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of millwright or industrial maintenance experience required.
• Hands-on with bearings, gearboxes, conveyor systems, hydraulics.
• Able to read schematics, blueprints and sketches.
• Welding and fabricating skills helpful.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures; attend safety meetings.
• Maintain machinery using hoists, lift trucks, and hand tools.
• Move, install, dismantle, and align equipment as needed.
• Read schematics/blueprints to plan repairs and replacements.
• Change bearings, motors, gearboxes, belts, sprockets, chains.
• Replace hydraulic hoses and perform minor welding/fab work.
• Operate forklift, manlift, and crane for maintenance tasks.
• Support preventative maintenance and daily production needs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and lead/assist repairs.
• Inspect equipment daily and report defects to supervisor.
• Keep yard/work areas clean and safe; assist with cross-training.
