Job summary

IMI Industrial Services Group is seeking a Millwright Foreman to lead on-site installation, alignment, and maintenance of machinery in the Winder, GA area. You will supervise crew activities, ensure safety, and uphold quality while meeting project deadlines.

The role requires strong leadership, experience reading blueprints, and the ability to coordinate with customers and vendors to drive successful projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in millwright or related role.
• NCCER or AWS certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership as Quality Lead and supervise staff performing layout, fabrication, alignment, installation and welding of machinery.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, project managers and team members.
• Inspect workmanship and resolve problems to meet deadlines.
• Maintain production schedules and adjust crew resources as needed.
