Qualifications

INCOA Performance Minerals is seeking a skilled and dedicated Millwright to join our maintenance team in Theodore. You will be responsible for the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. We are looking for a “fixer” who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in keeping operations running at peak efficiency.

Shift:

Rotating Shifts (Must be available for overtime and holidays) 24/7 Shift work: Days 7-3, Evenings: 3-11 Midnight: 11-7

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment, including conveyors, grinders, pumps, and pneumatic systems.
• Installation: Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work procedures and install new machinery.
• Precision Work: Align machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs.
• Preventative Maintenance (PM): Perform routine inspections and lubrication to prevent equipment failure and ensure safety compliance.
• Fabrication: Use welding and torch-cutting equipment to repair or modify parts as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required. Vocational school training or a relevant apprenticeship is strongly preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Millwright or Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or heavy industrial setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in welding (MIG/TIG/Stick), hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical power transmission.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions and industrial environments.
• Availability: Must be able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime.
• Logistics: Must have reliable transportation to and from the Theodore facility.
