Belgian Manufacturer seeks a skilled Millwright to maintain, repair and optimise production equipment, ensuring maximum reliability and uptime. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, perform preventative maintenance and support ongoing improvement efforts in a modern plant environment.

Relocation to Belgium is provided with employer-sponsored immigration support, and you will join a collaborative engineering team focused on safety, quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Qualified Millwright or Electromechanics with relevant practical experience.
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance and electrical/mechanical fault finding.
• Familiar with PLC-controlled equipment and automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and optimise production equipment for reliability and uptime.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and automation faults and perform repairs.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to maximise equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, sensors and drives.
• Record maintenance work and update technical documentation.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve plant performance.
• Uphold safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
