Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced production setting.
• Experience with door/specification measurements is a plus.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
• Configure machine settings to ensure accurate cutting, drilling, routing, or fabrication.
• Monitor performance and ensure production on schedule and quality targets.
• Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and deadlines.
• Maintain production records and report issues promptly.
