Life Time Construction is the in‑house General Contractor responsible for building new luxury fitness clubs across the United States and Canada. The role involves millwork shop duties, assisting cabinet makers, and supporting millwork finishers in a fast-paced environment in Chaska, MN.

This is an entry level position with on‑the‑job training. The company emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to learn new skills in a shop setting.

Life Time Property Development, Construction, is the innovative and vertically integrated in-house Construction Division. We construct new buildings and remodel existing facilities to deliver luxury health and fitness destinations across the continental United States and in various parts of Canada. Position Summary

Life Time Construction is the in‑house General Contractor building new and existing luxury fitness clubs from coast to coast and in Canada. Project sizes range from 40,000 sq. ft. to 220,000 sq. ft., including precast structures and high‑end finishes. Life Time has its own millwork and casework production facility located in Chaska, MN, which supports the production of all new, remodel, and misc. millwork for our corporation. Job Duties/Responsibilities

• General cabinetry and warehouse duties (i.e. cleaning, loading and stocking supplies)
• Assist cabinet makers with assigned tasks
• Assist millwork finishers with finishing products as they come through spray line

  • Stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education

• If you have general tool knowledge and the ability to use and are willing to learn the Life Time process.

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.75 and pays up to $24.00, based on experience and qualifications.
