Mill Creek Lumber and Supply Company is seeking a skilled Millwork Installer to join our Santa Fe – Oklahoma City team. You will read blueprints, measure, cut, and install millwork components including doors, windows, cabinetry, and molding, ensuring precise fit and professional finishes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Millwork Installer or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of millwork installation techniques, tools, and materials.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand installation requirements and project timelines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to determine the scope of work.
• Measure and cut millwork materials with precision to ensure proper fit and alignment.
• Install doors, windows, cabinetry, molding, and other millwork components using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Secure millwork products in place, ensuring stability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
• Conduct on-site adjustments and modifications as needed to achieve desired results.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers to coordinate installation activities and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of completed installations, materials used, and any issues encountered.
