Job summary

ProSomnus Sleep Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mill Operator to drive safe, efficient setup, inspection and operation of manufacturing equipment. You will follow SOPs, complete production paperwork and ensure product specs are met.

This role supports quality and process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, requiring attention to detail and reliable performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; 2-3 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Proficient understanding of Solidworks, AutoCAD and drafting skills are a plus.

Job description

Provides design function by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. W ill provide leadership by driving Quality and Process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

• The Mill Operatoris responsible for the safe and efficient set up, inspection and operation of equipment/machinery utilized in the processing of products.
• Responsible for following standard operating procedures, including but not limited to, completing production related paperwork and meeting product specifications.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma; two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience a plus. Proficient understanding of basic Solidworks, AutoCad, drafting skills a plus

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence.
• Ability to write simple notes.

Reasoning Ability

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
