Job summary

Keeley Companies is seeking an experienced Asphalt Milling Machine Operator for our Milling Services team in Phoenix. You will operate the milling machine and coordinate with the supervisor to plan safe daily objectives.

We value safety, reliability, and teamwork; a valid driver's license is required, with Class A CDL preferred. Prior asphalt milling on a crew is preferred. Keeley is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Prior Asphalt Milling experience on an asphalt crew preferred.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the milling machine.
• Discuss plans and goals for the day with supervisor and determine the safest method for completing work.
• General duties associated with asphalt paving, patching, or prep crews.
• Perform equipment maintenance such as cleaning, greasing, and maintaining fluid levels.
• Demonstrate awareness of OSHA and Company safety requirements.
• Operate equipment with priority to safety of all persons nearby.
• Communicate clearly with other crew members.

• Perform equipment maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing ,and maintain fluid levels on equipment.
• Demonstrate awareness and understanding of OSHA and Company safety requirements.
• Operates equipment with priority to making the job safe for all persons working around the equipment.
• Communicates clearly with other crew members.

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior Asphalt Milling experience on an asphalt crew preferred.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Class A CDL preferred.
