Position Summary:

Swank Construction Company, LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer for our Milling division. This position involves performing manual tasks to support construction activities. It requires physical strength, a strong work ethic, safety commitment, and teamwork. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Perform physical labor activities, including lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying objects/materials.
• Assist with clean-up tasks after Rota-Mill operations.
• Operate jackhammers in areas where Rota-Mill cannot run and cover inlets.
• Care for company equipment, machines, and tools.
• Maintain a clean job site and ensure all equipment is stored safely.
• Learn to use various hand and power tools.
• Follow safety standards per company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Willingness to learn different aspects of the laborer role.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

Workdays & Shifts:

• Must be available to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods.

Education/Certifications/Licenses:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Experience & Knowledge:

• Prior laborer experience or relevant background preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks, including MVR.
• Must be in or willing to join a union.
