Mill Superintendent

We are a global direct source supplier specializing in interior finishes for the Texas residential new construction market, serving local, regional, and nationally-based production builders. With over 50 years of sustained growth, we now operate in all major Texas markets and have global sourcing offices in Asia and Brazil, ensuring a wide range of high-quality products including cabinets, countertops, flooring, and window coverings. Salary $130,000 - $160,000 per year.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own mill operations — ensuring production goals are smashed and product quality never slips
• Lead and inspire a skilled team of operators, supervisors, and leads with clear direction and high expectations
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing inefficiencies, solving problems, and implementing lean manufacturing strategies
• Monitor and maintain product quality standards while rapidly resolving issues
• Proactively optimize workflows, ensure equipment is maintained, and drive operational performance
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, salaries, and benefits to support team engagement and long-term growth

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing mill or production operations
• Background in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field — degree preferred, but real-world results speak volumes
• In-depth understanding of mill systems, machinery, and production tools
• Passion for operational excellence — you thrive on data, KPIs, and root cause analysis
