Job summary

Domtar Corporation in Nekoosa, Wisconsin, is seeking a Reliability professional to lead the Tank/Turbine/Boiler program. This full-time role focuses on promoting safety, managing outages, and driving asset performance across mill operations.

Reporting to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager, you will develop maintenance strategies, conduct criticality assessments, and mentor others in reliability best practices while delivering uptime improvements.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
• CMRP certification or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in maintenance, reliability, or utilities engineering.
• Strong knowledge of utilities, steam generators and compressed air equipment.
• Familiar with NDT and code repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and oversee reliability items across the mill.
• Manage time-based outages and maintenance programs for Tank/Turbine/Boiler.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and asset strategies to improve uptime.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for steam, compressor and power generation equipment.
• Conduct equipment criticality assessments for Pulp, Power, and ETP.
• Support reliability improvements and downtime reduction initiatives.
• Ensure safe work practices across all responsibilities.
