Sunrise Enterprises, Inc. in Roseburg, Oregon is seeking a Mill Production I to join the Wood Products department. The role involves stacking and grading products, learning machine operations, and maintaining a clean, safe team environment while producing quality goods.

Training in tools and safety is provided, with emphasis on teamwork and respect for individuals with disabilities. The position is full-time at 16.00 USD per hour, located at 3443 Carnes Road, Roseburg.

Competenze

• Previous mill experience preferred or at least two years’ work experience in a production setting preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be dependable and maintain a good attendance record.
• Must be able to follow directions and work both independently and in groups.
• Pass criminal history check, (May include fingerprinting.) and pass drug screen.
• Must have ability and desire to relate to people with physical/mental disabilities with dignity and respect.
• Basic computer skills, familiarity with email applications and timesheet applications.

QUALIFICATIONS

WORKING CONDITIONS

Typically, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday – Friday or as determined by supervisor due to contract requirements. Overtime and weekends may be required. May need to travel for occasional meetings. Exposure to dust, noise, and various weather conditions.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Standing for extended periods of time. Occasional walking. Frequent stooping, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching. Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations will be made for a person with a disability under ADA.
