Job summary

Livestock Nutrition Center seeks motivated Processing Laborers to join our milling team. You will help keep the mill clean, perform routine maintenance, record production data, and support safety standards in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements include ability to lift 50 lbs, walk/stand long shifts, and work in varying weather. Forklift or loader experience is preferred; FSMA familiarity is a plus. Comprehensive benefits available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk and stand for 12 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Work in varying weather conditions and environments.
• Familiarity with FSMA standards related to feed production is a plus.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Keep the mill and surrounding grounds clean and organized.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks and document results.
• Assist in repairs with maintenance staff and contractors.
• Record production data and maintain batch records and logs.
• Operate equipment safely following training and procedures.
• Support safety practices and hazard recognition in processing areas.
