You will work Mon-Fri, 10 PM to 6:30 AM, earning $22.00–$25.50 per hour with a $3.00 shift differential, plus a benefits package and opportunities for growth within a people-focused team.

What Would You Do As A MILL OPERATOR

You can expect a dynamic and engaging daily routine. Your primary responsibilities will include moving raw materials and finished products around the yard, ensuring efficient loading and unloading of trucks. You'll be navigating our facility, maintaining safety standards, and keeping the yard organized and tidy.

Expect a Mon - Fri schedule from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, allowing you to enjoy a 3-day work week while being part of a high-performance team.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.


• Ability to safely climb and descend stairs and ladders as required to perform essential job functions.


• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
