Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Knowledge of production processes and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and adjust 3 pellet mills and perform QC testing.
  • Conduct routine inspections and assist in maintaining pellet moisture levels.

Job Details
  • Location: MARATHON, WI
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Hours: M-F 3p-11p
  • Salary: $20/hr + $1 differential
Responsibilities
  • Operate and adjust 3 pellet mills.
  • Perform QC testing of finished pellets and incoming raw materials.
  • Change rolls on pellet mills using overhead hoist.
  • Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Assist dryer operator in maintaining pellet moisture levels.
  • Record and report quality metrics and process conditions.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and perform visual and ash tests.
  • Support shift team members and participate in repairs and cleaning.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Knowledge of production processes and technical skills.
  • Ability to pass forklift certification.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs, stand for long hours, and work in high temperatures and confined spaces.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills and basic math skills.
