Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Able to multitask and learn quickly.
• Basic computer skills for job-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance personnel when requested.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Communicate production issues clearly to team.
• Fill equipment inspection reports each shift.
• Carry out tasks in a safe and timely manner as directed by management.
• Perform minor repairs and assist with changeovers.
• Contribute to housekeeping and continuous improvement efforts.
