Qualifications

• Experience operating mill machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate slitters and roll-forming mills to produce steel pipe and tubing.
• Maintain and perform mechanical repairs on equipment with maintenance personnel.
• Use micrometers, calipers, hammers, wrenches, etc. effectively.
• Safely connect machinery and equipment to cranes using cables, straps, or chains.
• Prepare reports in accordance with safety regulations.
• Identify and report potential hazards.
• Load trucks and railcars with coil and high-strength steel as required.
• Lift objects up to 50 lbs.
