Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance & Repair Technician to support mill operations with hands-on mechanical repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting.

You will work with motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and pumps; perform welding, rigging, and pipefitting; follow diagrams and manufacturer specs to ensure safe, compliant repairs. This role requires practical skills and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical maintenance and repair for mill operations.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, dismantle, repair, and replace machinery components.
• Follow equipment diagrams and manufacturer specifications for safe repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs or replacements.
• Maintain and service rotating and power transmission equipment.
• Disassemble, align, adjust, and reinstall machinery components.
