Bechtel Corporation in Reston, VA seeks an experienced Electrical Designer for large-scale projects in Nuclear, Security & Environmental domains. You will plan, develop, and review electrical design work, produce drawings and documentation, and prepare design estimates for a project.
You will coordinate with clients, lead technical discussions, review electrical drawings and bid summaries, solve complex technical issues, and ensure designs comply with NEC and ANSI/IEEE standards.

Job Summary
In this role, you will plan, develop, and review electrical engineering design work, produce drawings and documentation, and prepare design estimates for a project. You will coordinate with clients, facilitate technical discussions, and review key electrical drawings, calculations, and bid summaries. You will solve complex technical issues and ensure electrical designs comply with all regulations and standards. We currently have multiple positions available on our Nuclear, Security & Environmental projects. Potential project locations include Knoxville, TN, Reston, VA, Ogden, UT. Requires a AA/AS or Certificate in Engineering/CAD with 7-8 years of experience, or in lieu of a degree 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
