Job summary

A healthcare service provider is seeking Physician Assistants to partner as independent contractors providing health services for military personnel in Virginia. This role will primarily work weekends, demanding adaptability to fast-paced environments and travel to various locations, including remote installations.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in the state is mandatory.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Experience with mobile medical services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history and medical records.
• Interview military personnel to assess medical concerns.

Skills

Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health

Knowledge of Military systems, protocols, and terminology

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Basic computer knowledge and skills

Education

Active PA license in the state
