Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier Health Services in Concord, NH seeks a Registered Dietitian to develop and manage a comprehensive nutrition readiness program aligned with military standards. The role emphasizes MNT, performance nutrition education, and readiness for Army Combat Fitness Test.

The contractor will deliver targeted counseling to Service Members and families, with a focus on readiness education, deployment reintegration, and wellness.

Qualifications

• Current RD/RDN credential through the CDR.
• Knowledge of AR 600-9 and FM 7-22 (Army Body Composition and Holistic Health).
• Minimum of two years of professional dietetics experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and limited child/adolescent counseling services.
• Provide evidence-based treatment for stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and other behavioral health needs.
• Support military Families with deployment, reintegration, communication, and military lifestyle transitions.
• Provide counseling to children and adolescents experiencing stressors related to a parent’s deployment or military service.
• Manage an active clinical caseload and prioritize direct, in-house clinical care.
• Assess client needs and provide appropriate treatment, follow-up, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in accordance with applicable privacy and professional requirements.
• Identify circumstances requiring additional clinical resources and coordinate recommendations for external referrals in accordance with program requirements.
• Collaborate with other readiness professionals to support holistic Service Member and Family wellness.
• Provide outreach, education, and behavioral health programming as appropriate.
• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to applicable ethical, legal, and clinical standards.
