Job summary

Mano Lani LLC in Gulfport, MS is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Technician to support daily logistics operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, asset documentation, packing, shipping coordination, and on-base deliveries of DoD assets.

You will ensure accurate records across ILS-S, DPAS, CMOS, and IGC, operate forklifts, and perform duties with safety and compliance. This role requires attention to detail, strong coordination, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, or military logistics.
• Knowledge of ILS-S, DPAS, CMOS, IGC, and DAFMAN 23-300.
• Completion of shipment-preparer certification with 24-month refresher.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels, reorder points, and property accountability with accurate records.
• Receive, issue, and turn in assets; conduct inventories and reconciliations.
• Process TCTO, warranty items, and DIFM/DIFR operations.
• Process customer requisitions and update ISG groups.
• Conduct spot inventories and resolve discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks; ensure safe handling of assets.
• Plan and execute CONUS/OCONUS shipments and carrier selection.
• Inbound cargo into ILS-S, CMOS, and IGC; verify items on off-load.
• Deliver inbound cargo on-base and transport DoD assets.
