Job summary

Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking an ID Card Operator to issue military IDs and CACs, screen eligibility, and brief customers on policies. You will maintain DEERS/RAPIDS and handle documentation and reporting.

Required are customer service experience, English proficiency, and RAPIDS certification within seven days of hire. Onsite work in a government-facing role with Public Trust clearance expected.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to pass a favorable criminal background check and security investigation.
• Proficient in English, both written and oral.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook; plus Adobe Acrobat 6.0 and Internet Explorer 7 or above.
• Must complete RAPIDS certification within seven business days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Controls and issues identification tags and Geneva Convention Cards to military members and eligible recipients.
• Screens Soldiers, family members and dependents for visit purpose.
• Briefs Soldiers and family members on policies and procedures.
• Maintains DEERS and RAPIDS systems.
• Performs ID Card and CAC issuance tasks including verification of eligibility and entitlements.
