Qualifications

• Applying knowledge of human resources concepts, laws and analytical and diagnostic methods in resolving military pay and personnel issues.
• Conducting management studies to identify areas of concern and recommend solutions to management.
• Utilizing automated systems for researching, analyzing and processing military pay and personnel transactions.
• Providing guidance to junior employees on military pay and personnel entitlements questions and issues.

Responsibilities

• You will provide technical advice and guidance on military personnel and pay systems to subordinate and serviced commands.
• You will prepare and conduct briefings and presentations to leadership on personnel and pay systems.
• You will manage personnel staffing functions and work flow processes for organizational effectiveness.
• You will review statistical data, monitor and analyze report identifying trends and areas for improvement.
