Job summary

The role emphasizes manual dexterity, precision, and adherence to safety policies at a standing workstation. You will read and follow assembly and wiring instructions in English, use measurement tools, and contribute to meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to count, measure, and perform basic math.
• Experience reading drawings and following assembly instructions.
• Able to stand at workstations with high manual dexterity.
• Familiarity with bench top machines is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident for DoD requirements.
• IPC-620 or J-STD-001 certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble military-grade cable products following established procedures.
• Work at a designated cell to meet production schedules and instructions.
• Use measurement tools such as tape measures, calipers and micrometers.
• Adhere to safety policies and report discrepancies as needed.
• Follow verbal and written instructions in English; training provided.
