Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) NAS Pensacola is seeking a Work and Family Life Coordinator to identify issues affecting service members and families, develop and implement programs, and advise on transition services. The role includes training delivery, needs assessment, and coordinating with multiple departments to achieve program goals.

The position requires specialized experience planning and administering family life services, plus collaboration across teams to manage events

Qualificações

• Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree required.
• Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or an LL.B./J.D. related to this position.
• A combination of experience and graduate education that equates to one year of experience is acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Identify family and single service member issues, trends, needs, and priorities to propose new programs.
• Instruct training and seminars to address career transition issues and interests.
• Advise customers on transition support services such as career, transition, interviewing skills, resume writing, and job applications.
• Determine client needs through interview and assessment of client financial information and history.
• Implement work and family service plans to meet short and long-range program goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing prevention and family training or workshops and make recommendations for improvement.
• Serve as the principal advisor and authority on matters impacting CAPS programs.
