Qualifications

• Military experience or affiliation.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach military families on evolving financial plans to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Provide guidance on day-to-day finances, asset building, and risk management.
• Engage with the community to bring new clients to First Command, with local district team and Home Office support.
• Partner with local military organizations, units, and institutions to connect with the military community.
• Help build comprehensive financial plans including savings/banking, investments/wealth management, and insurance/risk management.
