Job summary
DOCS Health in Colorado is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant to support military service members by delivering dental exams, treatments, and X-rays in mobile exam rooms and operatories.
You will perform chair-side assistance, radiography, and basic administrative duties, with weekend availability and base-entry eligibility.
The role offers hourly pay with mileage reimbursement and per diem, plus background checks and drug screening as part of our standard process.
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA) and Colorado Radiology Certification.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Skilled in 4-handed dentistry and digital tools; prior military experience preferred.
- Eligible for base entry; background check and drug screening will be conducted.
- Weekend availability required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver dental care in mobile exam rooms and operatories, ensuring deployment-ready for military members.
- Capture digital X-rays (BW & PANO) and handle instrument sterilization.
- Perform chair-side assistance and basic administrative duties as needed.
