Visionary Construction Inc. in Warren, MI is seeking a dependable Cleaning Technician to join our team on a Detroit Arsenal site. The role requires passing a background check and offers a schedule of 20 to 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities include vacuuming, floor care, trash handling, dusting, window cleaning, and lab space upkeep. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to access multiple buildings on the installation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Reliable transportation to the Detroit Arsenal site.
• Comfortable using daily/weekly sign-off sheets and scheduling tools.
• Must be a United States citizen and able to pass a background check for access badge.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming carpeted areas.
• Sweeping and wet mopping concrete, tile, and linoleum floors.
• Trash collection and recycling, including bagging and dumpster disposal.
• Dusting surfaces, machinery, workbenches, and cabinets.
• Glass and window cleaning and general shop cleaning.
• Display case maintenance and event cleaning support.
