Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center is hiring a Milieu Coordinator for the child/adolescent residential facility in Northbrook, IL. This role involves facilitating therapeutic groups, providing meal monitoring, and supporting patients through behavior coaching and crisis management.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health and experience in the field. Competitive pay of $20.75 - $29 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive workplace culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in behavioral health for MC I.
• Minimum 18 months of experience in behavioral health for MC II.
• Intern or associate license from appropriate state licensing board (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Facilitates curriculum-based groups.
• Provides meal monitoring and support.
• Documentation of groups, meals, and patient observations.
• Conducts self-harm and suicide assessments.
