Job summary

Summa Health in Akron, Ohio, seeks a MIGS Specialist to join our employed physician group. The candidate should have completed Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery fellowship and be board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, with an interest in pelvic medicine and pelvic health.

The role offers 0.8–1.0 FTE with 3 days in the office and 2 days in the OR, with 24/7 anesthesia, radiology, and subspecialty coverage. An academic appointment at Northeast Ohio Medical University is available.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Completion of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Fellowship.
• Unrestricted Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Active involvement in medical student, resident, and fellow education.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered, team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Employed position with 0.8–1.0 FTE in a large, multi-specialty group.
• 3 days in-office and roughly 2 days in the OR.
• Provide MIGS and pelvic health care, including related procedures.
• Support academic involvement with Northeast Ohio Medical University.
