The role involves client interviews, eligibility certification, court appearances, outreach, and collaboration with staff. FRLS operates in a hybrid work environment, with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and barred in Florida or eligible for CLI certification.
• CLI certification is time-limited and required.
• Knowledge of state and federal court practices.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients and certify eligibility, identify legal problems, and provide appropriate legal assistance.
• Represent clients in court and before administrative agencies as accepted.
• Maintain documentation and records for reporting and audits.
• Participate in outreach, training, and case acceptance meetings.
• Promote accessibility and preserve client relations across diverse communities.
