Job summary

Brown University Health seeks a Migraine Specialist to join the Neurology department in Providence, RI. The role includes academic appointment at Brown, teaching medical students and residents, and developing a robust migraine research program at the Rhode Island Hospital clinic.

You will work with a small team of fellowship-trained headache specialists, participate in educational activities, and contribute to multidisciplinary care, with visa-friendly policies for H1B and J1 candidates.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in Neurology; additional fellowship training or headache/migraine experience preferred.
• Completion of a US-based Neurology residency required.
• Demonstrate excellence as a teacher of Neurology.
• Interest in settling long term in Rhode Island and/or Southeast Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a robust research program in the migraine center.
• Participate in Neurology education for medical students and residents.
• Provide clinical care in the ambulatory headache clinic at Rhode Island Hospital.
• Collaborate with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
