Job summary

ERS Elite is looking for Welders to support high-volume manufacturing for a leading transportation equipment manufacturer in Harrison, Arkansas. This direct-hire role involves performing MIG welding and fabrication on structural steel and aluminum components used in trailer production. Qualifications

• 1+ years of welding experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
• Experience with MIG welding (GMAW) required; aluminum welding a plus.
• Ability to pass a hands-on weld test (fillet and/or groove welds).
• Familiarity with production environments and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding (GMAW) on steel and/or aluminum components.
• Weld structural assemblies including frames, crossmembers, and panels.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect welds for quality, penetration, and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain production pace while meeting quality standards.
