Job summary

Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable and experienced MIG Welder to perform welding and fabrication tasks in a metal manufacturing environment in Louisville, OH. The role requires strong welding skills and mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read blueprints and measurements.

We offer 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and pay $25–$28 per hour based on experience and weld test. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance eligibility after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Must read a tape measure accurately.
• Experience with metal fabrication.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
