Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler/Welder to join our production team in Wisconsin. You will assemble and weld metal components according to drawings and specifications while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has Mig welding experience, can read a tape measure, and is reliable. This 1st or 2nd shift position offers steady hours, Monday through Thursday, with pay from $22 to $26 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous welding and mechanical assembly experience.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, saws, and welding equipment safely.
• Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
