Job summary

Webco Manufacturing is seeking a skilled MIG Welder/Fabricator to produce precision sheet metal components for custom projects. You will read blueprints, set up welding equipment, and perform MIG welding on various metals to exact specifications.

You will also assist with layout, cutting, forming, and fitting, inspect parts for quality, and uphold safety and 5S standards while collaborating with engineering and assembly teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and translate drawings into fabrication work.
• Set up welding equipment and execute MIG welds to spec.
• Assist layout, cutting, forming, and fitting of components.
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Adhere to 5S and safety standards in all tasks.
