Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator to join the Weld Team. The role focuses on producing high quality welds that meet customer specifications, with efficiency and precision in a hands-on, employee-owned environment.

Based in Harrisonville, MO, the shop offers an air-conditioned work setting, quarterly pay increases, ESOP, growth paths, a robust benefits package, and OT opportunities. This is an in-person, full-time opportunity with strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year MIG welding/fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Proficient with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding method to meet blueprints if not stated.
• Perform first piece check and submit for QA inspection.
• Maintain records to ensure correct production quantities.
• Organize work by complexity, method, and completion time.
