Qualifications

• At least one year of MIG welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfort with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Producing high-quality welds efficiently and accurately according to customer specifications.
• Determining appropriate welding methods when not specified on blueprints.
• Performing first-piece checks and submitting for quality inspection.
• Maintaining production records to ensure correct quantities.
• Organizing work based on complexity, method, and deadlines for timely completion.
• Adhering to safety standards and other duties as assigned.
