Job summary

Webco Manufacturing in Leawood, KS is seeking a skilled MIG Welder/Fabricator to produce precision sheet metal components for custom projects. You will read blueprints, set up welding equipment, and MIG weld on various metals to tight tolerances.

You’ll assist with layout, cutting, forming and fitting, inspect parts for quality, and uphold safety and 5S standards while collaborating with engineering and assembly teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets blueprints and drawings.
• Sets up welding equipment and fixtures.
• Performs MIG welding on various metals to specification.

• Inspects welded parts for quality and tolerances.
• Adheres to safety and 5S standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and drawings to determine weld specifications.
