Pro Mechanical Services in Lancaster seeks a dependable Mig Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will weld aluminum, steel, and stainless components, read blueprints, and fabricate as needed. This role emphasizes precision, safety, and quality workmanship.

2nd shift offers $26.00–$30.00 per hour with a 15% shift differential; health/dental/vision coverage after 90 days and weekly pay.

Formación

• Must have MIG welding experience.
• Experience welding aluminum, steel and stainless steel.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• Must read a tape measure accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Able to work at heights and operate scissor lifts.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

The ideal candidate will have experience welding aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel components, along with the ability to read blueprints and accurately measure materials. • 2nd Shift
• $26.00–$30.00 per hour, plus a 15% shift differential.
