Job summary

Pro Mechanical Services is seeking a dependable MIG welder to perform welding and fabrication tasks in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will weld aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel components, read blueprints, and accurately measure materials.

Attention to detail, quality workmanship, and safety are essential for this position. The role is on the 2nd shift with pay ranging from $26.00 to $30.00 per hour, plus a 15% shift differential.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Must follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Weld aluminum, steel and stainless-steel components.
• Read and interpret blueprints/schematics to fabricate parts.
• Accurately measure materials using tape measures and calipers.
• Fabricate per specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with safety policies.

  • Previous MIG welding experience required.

  • Experience welding aluminum, steel, and stainless steel preferred.

  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

  • Must be able to read a tape measure accurately.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

  • Must be comfortable working at heights and using scissor lifts.

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

  • Second shift: $26.00–$30.00 per hour, plus a 15% shift differential.
