Job summary

Webco Manufacturing is seeking a skilled MIG Welder/Fabricator to produce precision sheet metal components for custom projects. You will read blueprints, set up welding equipment, and perform MIG welding on various metals.

You’ll also assist with layout, cutting, forming, and fitting, inspect parts for quality, and uphold 5S and safety standards while collaborating with engineering and assembly teams. This role offers hands-on learning and opportunities for skill development.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints for sheet metal fabrication.
• Proficient in MIG welding with appropriate safety practices.
• Able to set up welding equipment and verify weld quality.
• Familiar with layout, cutting, forming and fitting processes.
• Adheres to 5S standards and teamwork in a production environment.
