Allegiant Manufacturing in Maryville, TN, is seeking skilled Welders to set up and operate welding equipment for mass production of fabricated metal components. You will read weld symbols and blueprints, perform MIG and other welds, and ensure quality with attention to electrical and arc parameters.

We offer a four-day workweek (Mon-Thu, 10-hour shifts), competitive benefits after 60 days, and day-one eligibility for our 401(k). Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and pass safety requirements.

Competenze

• Must be able to read and interpret welding blueprints and symbols.
• Experience with MIG and arc welding and stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum is preferred.
• Good English reading and speaking skills.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate welding machines to fabricate metal components as per blueprints and procedures.
• Join metal pieces using MIG, robot or spot welding; tack weld as needed.
• Heat, form, and dress metal parts using tools; adjust welding parameters for quality.
• Read drawings to plan layout, assembly and welding operations.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; operate related equipment as required.
