Associated Staffing Inc. is hiring a MIG Welder for a manufacturing facility in Hastings, NE. The first-shift position offers consistent hours, competitive hourly pay, and potential long-term employment through temp-to-hire.

The ideal candidate will set up and operate MIG welding equipment, work with robotic welding systems, monitor weld quality, and inspect finished components. A manufacturing background and dependable attendance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding, machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate and monitor automated production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Work with automated and robotic welding systems to complete production tasks.
• Monitor welding machines to ensure proper operation and consistent weld quality.
• Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy.
• Follow production instructions and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with additional manufacturing duties as needed.
