Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in the Greater Milwaukee area is seeking a Fabrication Welder for 1st shift. This full-time position requires MIG welding with carbon steel and operating overhead crane and forklift in a clean, modern facility.

You will read engineering drawings, lay out and weld fabricated products to ASME standards, and contribute to a drama-free, growth-focused workplace with strong benefits. Citizenship or green card within 45 minutes of Milwaukee is required; open to applicants with 1+

Qualifications

• 1+ year MIG welding experience with carbon steel.
• 1+ year crane and forklift operation experience.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder residing within 45 minutes of Milwaukee.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, assemble, and MIG weld a variety of fabricated products to specification.
• Read and work from engineering drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Produce welds that meet ASME welding standards.
• Operate overhead crane and forklift for material handling and product movement.
