HireLevel is hiring Aluminum/Steel /Galvanized MIG Welders in St. Charles, MO, for National Cart, a manufacturing leader. Pay ranges from $24 to $28.41 per hour depending on shift; 1st shift pays $24, 2nd $25.50, 3rd $26; Aluminum welders on 1st shift $26.41, 2nd $27.91, 3rd $28.41. Schedule: Mon–Fri; shifts vary. Location: St. Charles, MO. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience required.
• Reading blueprints and welding symbols.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment.
• Weld steel and galvanized materials safely and efficiently.
• Adjust welding machines to maintain weld quality.
• Read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Maintain production levels and quality standards.
• Follow safety and manufacturing procedures.
