Pro Staffing Solutions seeks a dependable MIG Welder for a Lancaster, PA manufacturing client. The role involves welding aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel components while reading blueprints and accurately measuring materials.

Emphasis on attention to detail, safety, and quality workmanship is essential. The position operates on the 2nd shift with pay of $26.00–$30.00 per hour plus a 15% shift differential.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required.
• Experience welding aluminum, steel, and stainless steel preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Must be comfortable working at heights and using scissor lifts.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities
